Mains inverter with integrated limiter to prevent overflows to the public grid. Thanks to the integrated MPPT controller, the inverter converts the maximum energy produced by the photovoltaic panels to 230 V (AC).
The grid-tie inverter with limiter is an affordable solution for PV plants that does not need batteries. In addition, it can limit its own power according to the actual consumption, thus completely avoiding overflows to the utility grid.
In addition to the classic terminals for connecting the solar panels and the output for connecting to the grid, the inverter also has a current probe connector for the internal limiter and the possibility of connecting a modbus power meter SDM230M, which can limit the power in case of a longer distance between the home substation and the inverter.
The inverter operates in the input voltage range according to the specific model (info in datasheet - documents below). The output of the inverter is then AC 230 V, which is connected between the main circuit breaker with the meter and the circuit breakers of the individual circuits. The inverter thus transfers the power from the panels to the home distribution. Your appliances will then draw the energy produced primarily from your power station. If your power station's output is insufficient at any given time, the connected public grid will cover the shortfall. By installing a current probe to the limiter, you protect your system against unwanted overflows in case your power plant is able to produce more energy than your appliances require.
The inverter does not operate in island mode, i.e. it requires a connection from the utility grid to function. The inverter switches off immediately when there is a grid failure.
The inverters are certified for sale and use in the EU and meet EMC, LVD and RoHS certification criteria. The inverters comply with EN50549-1 for connection to the distribution network or subsidy.

Connecting the inverter to the solar system is simple.

For proper measurement of the current probe, we do not recommend extending the cable from the sensor.
