The high-frequency inverter/charger of the HP-AHP20A series represents a comprehensive solution for hybrid and off-grid photovoltaic systems. The device combines the functions of a 5.5 kW inverter, an advanced 100 A MPPT controller and an intelligent battery charger. Thanks to two independent PV inputs with a total power of up to 6 kW, it allows maximum use of solar energy.
The advanced DSP chip with a control algorithm ensures fast response, high reliability and conversion efficiency of up to 94%. PFC (Power Factor Correction) technology reduces the demands on the power grid capacity. The device supports parallel operation of up to 12 units as standard (max. 16) in single-phase and three-phase connections, which allows easy expansion of the system according to growing needs.
Advanced MPPT Tracking
The HP5542-AH1050P20A model has two independent MPPT controllers, each with a maximum input current of 15 A. The maximum input voltage reaches 500 V, the MPPT working range is 85-400 V. The MPPT efficiency exceeds 99.5%, which ensures optimal use of photovoltaic panels even in variable conditions.
Flexible energy management
The device allows charging from multiple sources - solar panels, the electrical grid or a diesel generator. Adjustable maximum charging current from the grid (up to 36.4 A) provides flexible charging power configuration. Supports operation with and without batteries, with a battery voltage range of 43.2-60 VDC.
Intelligent source switching
Fast switching between inverter and grid takes place within 10 ms (inverter to grid) and 20 ms (grid to inverter), ensuring uninterrupted power supply to sensitive devices. Automatic bypass in case of overload or inverter failure guarantees continuity of electricity supply.
Communication and monitoring
A large LCD display provides a clear display of operating status. The RS-485 communication interface with isolation allows connection to the battery BMS system and remote monitoring using optional 4G, Wi-Fi or TCP modules. Dry contact port and parallel interface expand integration options into complex systems.
