Battery-powered Wi-Fi video doorbell Dahua DB43BB-BTR with 4 MP resolution and an ultra-wide fisheye lens covering a 180° × 180° field of view.

The doorbell is equipped with a 1/3.11" CMOS sensor with a maximum resolution of 2048 × 2048 px and a fixed lens with a focal length of 0.98 mm and an aperture of F2.2. Thanks to the fisheye optics, it captures the complete area in front of the entrance without any blind spots. IR illumination with a range of up to 10 m ensures clear night-time operation, complemented by a night light for subtle entrance illumination. Video is compressed using the efficient H.265 codec with a bit rate ranging from 32 to 2048 kbps.

The doorbell supports Wi-Fi 6 wireless networks (IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, and pairing is done quickly via Bluetooth. The built-in battery with a capacity of 10,000 mAh (36 Wh) ensures long-term operation without the need for wired power. The doorbell can be managed via the DMSS mobile app for Android and iOS. Recordings can be stored on a microSD card with a capacity of up to 512 GB.

Wireless communication with chime
The doorbell communicates with the wireless chime at a frequency of 868–868.6 MHz unidirectionally with a range of up to 100 m in open space. The chime rings even during Wi-Fi outages, so you will never miss a visitor.

Power supply and installation
The primary power source is the built-in battery charged via the USB-C port. Alternatively, the doorbell can be powered from an external source via USB (5 VDC ± 5%, 2 A) or terminal block (12–24 VDC / 8–24 VAC, 1 A). Power consumption in standby mode is only 0.004 W, and in operating mode 1.4 W. Installation is possible using the included mounting bracket or 3M double-sided adhesive tape.
